    Sometimes the most valuable moments are pauses taken at exactly the right time. Ahead of the M1 Awards we gathered for an evening that allowed space to slow down reconnect and simply be present together. The pre party became a moment of shared laughter unhurried conversations and genuine quality time. There was a sense of calm warmth and an early holiday feeling settling naturally into the evening.

    The atmosphere was thoughtfully curated by Boheme House.Every detail reflected intention warmth and refined style making the experience feel truly special. The setting supported connection without distraction and created space for meaningful interaction.

    This pause before the main event reminded us of the importance of shared moments.We are grateful for the environment that allowed this evening to unfold so naturally. Some experiences stand out not because of scale but because of how they make people feel.

    Thanksgiving became a conscious pause to slow down and reconnect as a team. We gathered to spend real quality time together and to strengthen our shared sense of community. The afternoon was dedicated to appreciation.

    We took time to acknowledge one another and to value the energy effort and heart our Talent brings into everyday work. In the cozy setting of the newly opened Café de Pacai we shared desserts open conversations and the annual Talent nominations.
    A special highlight was awarding Federico Meschino the Grand Prix. The recognition marked his progress in Lithuanian and his consistent dedication. A musical surprise created together with Merūnas added a warm closing note to the afternoon.

    Thanksgiving reminded us why shared moments matter. We are grateful for our team our Talent and the connections that give meaning to what we do.

    Simona Albavičiūtė together with Volfas Engelman earned Bronze in the Low-Budget Campaigns category at the PRGN Best Practice Awards 2025. The recognition came for the heartwarming project “Before and After the Compliment” – a continuation of the brand’s 2023 social initiative “The Power of a Kind Word.”

    In this campaign Simona met passersby in Vilnius and shared genuine compliments that sparked smiles and positive emotions. Street photographer Vincas Alesius captured those moments creating a visual story filled with sincerity and optimism.

    This event underscored the core value of Personal Talent Agency: facilitating real-time collaboration and meaningful dialogue among Influencers and Partners. In a digital age, the importance of face-to-face interaction remains undeniable. Bringing together a diverse group of professionals allowed for open exchange, networking and inspiration beyond traditional communication channels.

    The session combined two key directions. Austeja Jablonskyte, creative campaign strategist, discussed how small impressions can create lasting emotional connections and strengthen relationships. Gabriele Burbiene, Marketing Director at 15min Group, shared insights on the latest trends and influential campaigns from the Cannes Lions Festival that are reshaping the advertising landscape.

    We are truly excited to have brought the recent Mados Linija campaign to life by combining bold fashion narratives with Talent who naturally and authentically embody them.

    At the heart of the project was precise Talent curation. Each individual was carefully selected to reflect the unique character and message of the brand. This ensured every representation felt genuine and purposeful.

    Every label has its own distinct voice. Our role was to ensure that voice resonated clearly and sincerely through those chosen to represent it. Selection was not about casting roles but matching authentic presence with brand identity.

    Working closely with Apranga Group, we developed a process founded on trust and shared standards. This collaboration enabled us to deliver a campaign defined by clarity, refinement and alignment.

    This project highlights the importance of thoughtful Talent curation in fashion storytelling. Authenticity is not manufactured; it emerges when Talent and concept move together without force.

    At Personal we are dedicated to creating meaningful experiences that connect Talent with valuable opportunities. Recently we organized an exclusive Business Breakfast centered around the theme “Demosio Anatomija” (The Anatomy of Attention). The event exceeded expectations with registrations tripling in just a few hours. This highlighted the strong demand for insights on how to capture and retain audience attention in today’s information-saturated world. Due to overwhelming interest we also hosted an online version of the event expanding the conversation to a broader audience.

    Throughout both the in-person and online sessions we explored how audience behavior is influenced by their choices and how personal Talent can effectively engage them. Emilija Antanavičiūtė an expert in consumer behavior shared powerful insights explaining that “audience attention is limited” and it is crucial for influencers and brands to recognize this in their communication strategies. The discussions emphasized the importance of authenticity, the role of influencers as trusted “shortcuts” and how simplicity and clarity in messaging can significantly enhance engagement. These insights are critical for any personal Talent looking to thrive in a rapidly changing digital landscape.

    The success of both the Business Breakfast and the online event reaffirmed our commitment to fostering genuine, impactful connections between Talent and audiences. As we continue to create opportunities for collaboration and growth we remain dedicated to supporting our partners in producing content that not only captures attention but also builds lasting relationships.

It was a moment to celebrate the powerful narratives women share through motion, whether it’s in performance or simply through the rhythm of life.

    Each movement captured the essence of confidence, resilience and creativity that defines the women we represent.
