    Beyond growth: how 2024 transformed us

    2024 was more than just a year of growth—it was a year of transformation. We didn’t just measure success in numbers. We established ourselves as a sophisticated, strategic, and forward-thinking home for digital talent. We increased company sales by more than 1.5 times and established ourselves as the leading Talent management agency in the Lithuanian market.

    TALENTS WHO CREATE MEANING
    Marketing without authentic voices is just noise. In 2024, we facilitated over 1,350 strategic collaborations between brands and Talents, aligning purpose-driven creators with the right partnerships. We continued to nurture our represented Talent community, discovering new rising stars – not only Instagram market leaders but also emerging LinkedIn Talents with whom we are building successful partnerships.

    WHEN CREATIVITY BECOMES CULTURE 
    PERSONAL has never been just an agency. We create narratives that become cultural moments. One of the highlights of the year was our collaboration with ROE DEER and actress Gabija Jaraminaite, resulting in an exclusive musical piece to mark the launch of our agency’s new website, www.itspersonal.lt. Our approach is simple: content is not just something you consume—it’s something you experience. 

    WHERE FASHION, TECHNOLOGY & CONTENT INTERSECT 
    The new generation of Talents thrives at the intersection of style, innovation, and relevance. In 2024, we were present at Milan, Paris, and Copenhagen Fashion Weeks, exploring the evolution of fashion and visual communication. Our content creation took us to New York, Corfu, Morocco, Germany, and France, because audiences respond to authenticity, sophistication and globally inspired aesthetics. 

    THE TIKTOK ERA: OUR NEXT CHAPTER 
    As content formats shift, we don’t wait for change—we create it. In 2024, we deeply analyzed TikTok audiences, engagement patterns, and brand integration strategies. Now, in 2025, we are ready to introduce a new wave of PERSONAL TikTok Talents who will redefine how brands connect with digital communities. 

    ETHICS IN ADVERTISING: WHERE DO WE DRAW THE LINE? 
    We believe influencer marketing must be ethical, transparent, and responsible. This year, we didn’t just share insights at LOGIN and SMM DAY, but also deepened our expertise at Cannes Lions, LIMA, AI-driven events, and advertising compliance conferences. We also launched training programs to ensure that our Talents and clients can navigate the complexities of advertising regulations with confidence and clarity. 

    VISIBILITY BEYOND THE SCREEN 
    Our Talents’ voices resonated on the radio, in storefront displays, across shopping mall campaigns and on TV screens. We made sure that authentic storytelling reached beyond social media, bringing influencers into real-world consumer experiences. 

    SUCCESS ISN’T THE ONLY GOAL 
    Growth is important, but having a strong ethical backbone matters even more. In 2024, we actively contributed to charity initiatives, supporting organizations such as the Rimantas Kaukėnas Foundation, Food Bank, Ukraine relief efforts and Mamos Unija charity fund.
     
    WHAT TO EXPECT IN 2025? 
    A new era of influencer marketing—transparent, strategic, and deeply engaging. More high-level personalities who don’t just follow trends, but create them. New platforms, new voices, and innovative ways to build authentic, effective brand communication. 

    And above all, a year where real stories will be stronger than ever before.

    At PERSONAL, we believe in the importance of stepping away from the everyday to nurture creativity and strengthen our connections as a team. Our recent getaway to Aštrioji Kirsna Manor offered the perfect setting for this, surrounded by the beauty of autumn and the harmony of the manor’s historic grounds.

    We began the day with a workshop led by a skilled herbalist, who introduced us to the natural remedies that can enrich our well-being. It was an insightful experience that allowed us to explore and appreciate the simple power of nature.

    The day unfolded with a delightful lunch in the manor’s atmosphere, where we shared stories, laughter, and thoughtful conversations that brought us even closer. The unique environment provided space for reflection and inspiration, making it a truly enriching experience for everyone.

    Leaving the manor, we felt energized and motivated, ready to bring this renewed sense of purpose and creativity into our work. The time spent together reminded us of the importance of stepping back, gathering new perspectives, and appreciating the moments that unite us as a team.

    HOW TO WORK WITH INFLUENCERS? LET’S ASK THEM.

    Working with influencers can be both a rewarding and challenging experience. During Social Media Managers Day, a discussion moderated by Magdalena Sabalė explored how to build successful partnerships with influencers. Speakers Karolina Meschino, Inga Žuolytė, and Lukas Gricius shared their experiences, offering valuable insights into what makes these collaborations work.

    Karolina and Inga emphasized that clear and prompt communication is essential. Influencers highly value transparency and timely feedback, especially when it comes to content approval. Flexibility is also key—being open to adjusting deadlines, revising content, or modifying contracts can make the process smoother and improve the overall outcome.

    Lukas brought attention to the importance of creative freedom. He explained that giving influencers the space to express their personal style allows for more authentic and impactful content. While it’s important for brands to provide direction, overloading influencers with strict guidelines can limit creativity and compromise the original vision. Even when campaign results don’t meet expectations, maintaining a positive, open dialogue can help resolve issues. Ongoing communication can strengthen relationships, leading to long-term partnerships that benefit both parties.

    The discussion highlighted that trust, flexibility, and effective communication are the cornerstones of successful influencer collaborations.
